Rachel Tucker Live In Concert

Following a triumphant run as Elphaba in Wicked the Musical on Broadway, Rachel Tucker hits the road for her first UK solo tour.

Rachel is currently reprising her role as Elphaba in London’s West End, as part of Wicked’s special 10th Anniversary cast, having also previously played the role to great acclaim in London for 3 years, where she holds the title of longest consecutive running Elphaba and won the 2011 WhatsOnStage award for Best Takeover in a Role.

Audiences can expect up close and personal performances of classic jazz, soul, and musical theatre favourites, with a few surprises thrown in for good measure.

Rachel's Special Guest will be West End leading man, Oliver Tompsett

Oliver has played a host of leading West End roles including Sky Masterson in Guys & Dolls, Galileo in We Will Rock You, Drew Boley in Rock of Ages, Flyero in Wicked and Sky in Mamma Mia! as well as working with symphony orchestras worldwide and has recently finished filming the role of Chauncey in the feature film "Show Dogs" due for international cinema release at the end of 2017.

"In a two-hour show that certainly didn't short-change its full-house audience, the flame-haired Tucker crammed a heady mix of show songs, pop standards and jazz that would have had something for everyone to enjoy." **** Musical Theatre Review

"The ability to take an audience on an emotional roller coaster, when you are not in character and performing your own is a skill that few perfect, but Tucker had the audience in the palm of her hand throughout and you could have heard a pin drop" ***** London News Online
