We’re making changes to our on-line payment system to give you additional security. We have introduced the option of using 3D Secure Payments in the form of Verified by Visa and Master Card Secure Code.

Once you have registered with your card issuer, you will automatically be prompted at checkout each time you shop with us to enter your password. TCH Ticket Terms and Conditions

  1. Tickets are issued subject to the Rules and Regulations of the Capitol. Full details are available on request.
  2. Please check your tickets as mistakes cannot always be rectified.
  3. The management reserves the right to refuse admission should patrons breach any Rules and Regulations of the Capitol. The management may on occasions have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of the patrons.
  4. Every effort to admit latecomers will be made at a suitable break in the event, but admission cannot always be guaranteed. Ticket holders should arrive with adequate time to take their seat.
  5. We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase. The Management cannot be held responsible for any tickets which are lost or stolen. The Capitol reserves the right to cancel ticket bookings which it reasonably suspects to have been made fraudulently.
  6. Tickets are sold subject to the management’s right to alter or vary the programme due to events or circumstances beyond its control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets.
  7. The Capitol operates a No Smoking policy.
  8. The unauthorized use of photographic and recording equipment is prohibited. Tapes or films may be destroyed. Laser pens, mobile phones, dogs (except guide dogs) and patron’s own food and drink are also be prohibited.
  9. The Management accept no responsibility for any personal property.
  10. The Ticket holder has a right only to a seat of a value corresponding to that stated on the ticket and the Management reserve the right to provide alternative seats to those specified on the ticket.
  11. Ticket holders consent to filming and sound recording as members of the audience.
  12. If a performance is rescheduled, ticket holders will be offered tickets to the rescheduled performance, equivalent to the face value of the ticket.
  13. All of these terms and conditions are governed by English Law.
  14. The ticket holder must comply with all relevant statutes, safety announcements and venue regulations whilst attending the event.
  15. Breach of any of these conditions or any unacceptable behaviour likely to cause damage, nuisance or injury shall enable the Capitol management to eject you from the venue.

TCH Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).

We will use the personal information provided in your booking to keep you informed about the event you have booked for. We may also use the information to process any transactions you undertake with us and for internal administration and analysis. We disclose your information to third parties only for providing the above services to you. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes without your consent.

If you have opted in to receive them, we will use your information to provide you with e-mail alerts letting you stay up-to-date about relevant offers and events. Should you opt in to receive printed literature, our seasonal brochure will be mailed to the postal address provided. By opting in, you are consenting for us to use your postal address in this way and this data will be passed securely to our chosen mailing house to complete the task. Your data is deleted by the mailing company as soon as the task is completed.

We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing e-mail from us or from another trader in the future.
